For Patient Safety Awareness Week, departments across the hospital came together for daily sports-themed huddles focused on teamwork, communication, and strengthening the practices that keep our patients safe.

⚾️🎉 Celebrating One Year at North Port Behavioral Health! 🎉⚾️

Today we celebrated our first birthday during our Spring Town Hall, reflecting on an incredible first year of growth, teamwork, and impact in our community. From welcoming our very first patient to expanding services for youth and substance use treatment, it has been an amazing journey. 

Our baseball-themed celebration brought the team together for a cookout with burgers and hot dogs, custom team shirts, and a sweet ending with ice cream from The "Q" Ice Cream Truck. 🍔🌭🍦

We also reviewed Mission: Zero, our commitment to patient safety and delivering high-quality care through teamwork, communication, and continuous improvement. As we head into year two, we remain focused on supporting one another and providing the best possible care for the patients and families we serve.

Thank you to our incredible team for making this first year possible. Here’s to many more! 💙
