Direct Primary Care: what's actually included in your membership

At Jersey Family Health, your Direct Primary Care membership includes:

🩺 All primary care office visits, as often as you need
💉 Common in office procedures like knee injections, pap smears, INDs and wound care
💊 A limited supply of select medications when appropriate, within NJ law
🧪 One set of basic annual labs each year, including cholesterol, kidney and liver function, electrolytes, blood count and thyroid checks
📱 Telehealth appointments, phone calls and texting with your primary care doctor
