Last night, the Golden Crest Family gathered for a beautiful Christmas Tree Lighting, celebrating the beginning of the holiday season. The evening was truly special for our residents, families, and staff.

We extend our sincere gratitude to Pastor Justin from Continuum Care Hospice of Rhode Island for his meaningful words, and to our dedicated Activities and Dietary teams whose thoughtful efforts helped create such a graceful and memorable event.

The spirit of the season shines brightly at Golden Crest. ✨

Providers begin the quality improvement process at the Bronze level, where they demonstrate a clear understanding of their organization’s mission, vision, and core values—who they are and what matters most to them.
