Dinner doesn’t have to be complicated…you just need a plan 👏
This is your 10-minute morning prep dinner for the days you swear you don’t have time to cook.
Throw it in before your day starts, come home to dinner DONE 🙌
Chicken Marsala Crockpot 🍽️
Ingredients:
• 1.25 lb chicken breast
• Salt + pepper
• 1 TBSP oregano
• 2 tsp minced garlic
• 1 can sliced mushrooms, rinsed + drained
• 1 cup marsala wine
• 1 cup jasmine rice (cook separately)
• 4 cups broccoli crowns
• ½ cup water
• 2 TBSP cornstarch
Instructions:
1️⃣ Add chicken, seasonings, garlic, mushrooms + wine to crockpot
2️⃣ Cook on low for 6 hours
3️⃣ Remove chicken and set aside
4️⃣ Mix water + cornstarch to make a slurry
5️⃣ Stir into crockpot, cook on high 20 mins to thicken
6️⃣ Cook rice + steam broccoli
7️⃣ Shred chicken, add back in, mix well
Dinner = protein, carbs, veggies…handled ✔️
