Just received this client spotlight from our trainer Shawn! 💪🏻 🔥
Over the past year, I’ve had the pleasure of training Sabrina, who started with a goal of losing 80 lbs. From the beginning, we both knew it would take patience and consistent effort.
Like any fitness journey, there were challenges along the way like plateaus, frustrations with the scale, and moments where progress didn’t feel linear. But Sabrina stayed the course, showing up twice a week for over a year and putting in the work.
Our focus was on hypertrophy and strength training, building lean muscle while cutting fat. I’ve always emphasized celebrating the small victories, whether it was hitting a new PR or dropping even a single pound, and over time, those wins stacked up.
Today, Sabrina is 40 lbs down, stronger than ever, and still progressing toward her long-term goal.
