I’m honored to be supporting TherapyWell at their April and September Women’s Trauma Healing Retreats in Granbury. I had the chance to guide yoga at last year’s retreat, and it was such a beautiful space to be part of. I’m really looking forward to being back with this team and the women who show up for this kind of deep, brave work.

Healing happens in spaces where you feel seen, understood, and safe. Spaces where you don’t have it all together, where you can just show up as you are.

If you’ve been feeling lost, overwhelmed, disconnected, or just off… or if life has been a lot and your body is asking for some space to catch up… this could be a loving, supportive place to land.

I’ll be there guiding yoga, alongside a really wonderful team of humans who care deeply about this work and about the people who walk into these spaces.

Our January 30th workshop has filled up! 💗 I’m truly moved by the curiosity and courage you all are bringing into this work.

Because of interest, I’m opening 2 additional spaces for anyone that would like to join this small, thoughtfully held space for exploring how our bodies and inner parts shape the way we show up in the world.

If the January offering doesn’t work for you, the next workshop is coming on Saturday February 28th.
