Still suffering from chronic back pain? Try to put ice packs wrapped in towels on your several times a day for 20 minutes each time. Don't do this for more than a week.

After that, switch to heating pads on your back for the same amount of time. This should help at least reduce your back pain by reducing and relaxing your !

Make sure not to fall asleep with an ice pack or heating pad on!
