Nickel is a heavy metal that is found in some very common and regularly used and consumed items. Nickle is found in jewelry, cell phones, cigarette smoke, certain foods such as black tea, nuts, seeds, soy milk, chocolate milk, chocolate, chocolate powders, certain canned foods, oats, buckwheat, whole wheat, and wheat germ, hydrogenated fats, fertilizers, types of metals such as some gold, silver, palladium and chrome, cookware, utensils, tap water and in some surgical implants and more. Nickel can cause an array of health issues that can often be misdiagnosed, especially when used in surgical implants. This sadly leads to a decline in one’s mental and physical health as it can often take years if ever, to diagnose nickel as the corporate.
Symptoms of toxicity may include fatigue, respiratory or sinus issues, heart conditions, skin rashes, psoriasis, headaches, paralysis of the spinal column, seizures, epilepsy, overflow of blood to the brain, macular degeneration, painful joint problems, low 02, thickened blood and tumors.
There are ways to minimize nickel exposure, such as using a water filtration that filters out heavy metals, not wearing metal jewelry if you are very sensitive, not smoking, avoiding foods known to contain higher levels of nickel, using gloves and masks when handling fertilizer, cooking with marble or titanium coated cookware and looking for nickel-free silverware.
Some foods and supplements recommended to detoxify heavy metals from the body are:
Coccy Niccolum
Niccolum metallicum
Poppy seeds (eat seeds or drink tea)
Breathe in steam from poppy seeds
Heavy Metal Detox smoothie(this is my go-to)
