Repost from

Today we use chemicals to force nature to behave in the way we want, we have tried to impose factory type controls onto the natural environment that we rely on for our food. But nature is not a factory, and the same rules do not apply, you cannot indiscriminately apply chemicals to our food and not expect a fall out.

My feeling when it comes to pesticide residues in our food is that the only safe limit is a zero limit. If I were to tell you that 50% of the food you eat contains pesticide residues, how would you feel?

The food we put into our bodies is one of the most valuable investments we can ever make. The simple fact is you can taste value, and if you have ever tasted a freshly harvested tomato, warm from the vine, free from chemicals, full of life and nutrition, then you will know what I am talking about here, that is real value.

Here is to the best value food in the world.

As always thank you for your support.

Learning to shift out of stressful emotional reactions to these heartfelt emotions can have profound positive effects on our cardiovascular systems and overall well-being.
Experience feelings like frustration, anxiety and insecurity, our heart-rhythm patterns become more erratic. These erratic patterns are sent to the emotional centers in the brain, which recognizes them as negative, or stressful feelings.
Conversely, HeartMath’s research shows, when we experience heartfelt emotions such as appreciation, love, care and compassion, the heart produces a very different rhythm – one that has a smooth pattern and looks something like gently rolling hills.

Research shows that meditators are increasing a blood protein called 𝗦𝗘𝗥𝗣𝗜𝗡𝗔𝟱, which helps block viral entry into cells — acting as a natural inhibitor.

This measurable change demonstrates how meditation can directly influence the body’s immune response.

🧠💥 NEW STUDY ALERT: Dental Amalgams Raise Blood Mercury Levels in American Adults 🇺🇸

📚 Published: Clinical Chemistry and Laboratory Medicine, Oct 2025
👨🔬 Author: David A. Geier, PhD, Institute of Chronic Illnesses, Inc.

📊 This large-scale CDC NHANES analysis (representing 180 million U.S. adults) found that people with mercury amalgam (“silver”) fillings have significantly higher blood mercury levels than those without.

💉 Key Findings:
• Adults with amalgams had 1.3× higher total blood mercury and 1.33× higher inorganic mercury.
• The more amalgam surfaces, the higher the blood mercury.
• Mercury v***r from fillings moves through the bloodstream, reaching organs and tissues.
• Blood mercury rose in direct proportion to estimated daily v***r exposure.

⚠️ Mercury v***r is absorbed 80 % through the lungs, crosses the brain and placenta, and accumulates in tissues—posing long-term risks for the brain, immune, and reproductive systems.

🩺 Dr. Geier concludes:

“Every effort should be made to reduce or eliminate the continued use of amalgams.”
“Patients seeking to lower mercury levels should consult a dentist trained in safe amalgam removal.”

🌿 Modern, mercury-free dentistry isn’t just possible—it’s essential for public health and environmental safety. Let’s leave toxic fillings in the past!

Recent research from the UK Biobank suggests that the type and amount of carbohydrates we eat may be connected to long-term brain health. In this large prospective study of over 200,000 adults, diets with a lower glycemic index (GI) were associated with more favorable cognitive patterns over time, while higher glycemic load (GL) diets showed the opposite trend.

In some ways, we might expect this result. It reinforces an essential theme in nutrition science: the way we metabolize carbohydrates may influence not only energy and metabolic health, but also cognitive aging.

The takeaway is not the restriction or vilification of carbohydrates, but rather the awareness of amount, type, and sequencing of diverse carbohydrates, particularly those that are slower-digesting, fiber-rich, and part of a balanced, whole-food dietary pattern.

Did you know that the heart sends more messages to the brain than the brain sends to the heart?
It’s a lot more than a blood pumping machine It influences how we think, feel and make decisions.
Maybe that is why people and cultures throughout history have talked about the heart as a source of wisdom.
