Some people are sore, some people are not. 🤷🏼‍♀️🤷🏾‍♂️
Think of it like a new workout. When you exercise muscles you haven’t used in a while, they can feel sore the next day. Not because something is wrong, because your body is adjusting and getting stronger. 💪🏻

That’s what’s happening after an adjustment too. Your muscles and joints are adapting to a healthier position. 😊

Be sure to drink lots of water. Go for a light walk, or lightly stretch. Take a warm epsom salt bath. Rest if you need it!

We are Drs. Kara & Justin Paeltz, a husband/wife team of chiropractors who provide quality care to our community. We take a progressive and detailed approach to treatment, utilizing the technologies of today while ensuring a patient centered philosophy in treatment. With both of us practicing full time here, there is always the option for a male or female doctor to be seen.
