Personal Fitness with Raven I am a personal trainer and fitness nutrition specialist. I can show you exactly how to do this without depriving yourself. I personally have lost over 100 lbs.

I have personal experience losing a massive amount of bodyfat by training my body to shed pounds and become overall healthy. I can make your workouts fun and enjoyable. I can challenge you and help you learn how to continue this program/lifestyle on your own. If you are ready to make a total body transformation and are serious about it please contact me. I do one-on-one lifestyle coaching and personal fitness training. I train your body to get stronger, leaner, faster and healthier. I have been through pregnancy, child bearing, perimenopause, injuries, and illnesses that prevented me from being able to do normal fitness for a time and I understand the frustrations and the despair. I can also help you with your goals too and show you exactly what to do to get the weight off for good and make a lifestyle change that you will enjoy. I know that you want to feel and look younger longer and gain back your confidence.
