At Luxx Therapy, we know starting therapy can feel intimidating, especially when there are so many myths about what therapy is actually like.
Many people worry they’ll be judged, told what to do, or that needing support means something is “wrong” with them. In reality, therapy is a space where you can show up exactly as you are. Our role isn’t to judge or “fix” you, it’s to listen, support, and help you better understand yourself and your experiences.
