I often get asked how many Reiki sessions are recommended so I wanted to answer that here for anyone curious… and the answer is, it depends 😄.

The number of Reiki sessions recommended really varies based on individual needs and goals. I typically suggest to start with a series of 3 to 5 sessions spaced one to two weeks apart. This gives you time to evaluate the benefits you're receiving and establish a baseline for improvement. Usually once a client starts to see and feel improvement then they like to book sessions monthly or quarterly to maintain ongoing treatment.

If you're facing a serious health challenge, then I might recommend four to five sessions on consecutive days, or every other day, as a powerful assist in the body’s healing process.

Thanks for visiting my page! Did you know? Reiki is a form of biofield therapy (acknowledged by the National Institute of Health in the US) that involves the practitioner using their hands to channel energy into a recipient with the goal of promoting healing and balance. Originating in Japan, Reiki practitioners access a universal life force energy that flows through all living things.

During a Reiki session with me, the recipient will lie down fully clothed while I hover my hands above the recipient's body. The intention is to remove blockages, balance the energy, and stimulate the body's natural healing processes.

Reiki is considered a complementary therapy and is often used alongside conventional medical treatments. While scientific research on Reiki is ongoing, it has gained popularity for its benefits in reducing stress and promoting overall well-being.
