Myth: I can't do anything for a person with a mental health issue.
Fact: Friends and family play a vital role in supporting mental health by offering help, encouraging treatment, sharing accurate information, promoting self-care, and showing respect and understanding.

Myth: Mental health issues are a sign of weakness or character flaw.
Fact: Mental health conditions are medical conditions, and seeking help is a sign of strength.

Myth: People with mental health conditions are violent.
Fact: Most individuals with mental health conditions are not violent and are more likely to be victims than perpetrators.

Myth: Therapy and self-care are only for people with severe mental illness.
Fact: Everyone can benefit from therapy and mental wellness practices, just like regular physical checkups.

Myth: You can just "snap out of it."
Fact: Mental health conditions are not a choice and require proper treatment, support, and time to heal.
