Congratulations to our April Employee of the Month, Peter Li, PTA! 🎉

Peter has dedicated 16 years as a Physical Therapy Assistant, bringing experience, compassion, and positivity to everything he does. Here at Avenue at North Ridgeville, he makes a lasting impression on our residents by creating a safe and encouraging environment where they can build strength and endurance.

Outside of work, Peter enjoys spending quality time with his family and cheering on his kids at their sporting events. He also loves a good competition and is always ready to join in!

What Peter values most about his work is seeing his patients succeed—especially when they’re able to walk out the door and return home.

Today, we gather to honor a truly special lady—our beloved Ms. Kitty, who is celebrating her remarkable 105th birthday! Each day, you’ll find her dressed in a perfectly coordinated outfit, wearing a radiant smile that lights up every room.

Ms Kitty was a devoted teacher, a loving mother to one daughter, and a proud grandmother of three beautiful grandchildren. She finds joy in gospel music and the blues, and she loves her coffee just as sweet as she is.

As she celebrates her birthday, her wish this year is simple and heartfelt: peace for all. 💛

Ms. Kitty’s pleasant demeanor and joyful spirit make her a cherished presence among us all. She graciously attributes her long and happy life to her steadfast faith in the Lord, which has been a guiding light throughout her journey.

A wonderful time was had this past weekend at our Easter Brunch and Egg Hunt! 🐣🌷

The Easter Bunny made the day extra special by handing out baskets to our Golden Egg winners, while families enjoyed posing for pictures, coloring Easter ornaments, and making lasting memories together.

Our residents truly cherished the opportunity to spend quality time with their loved ones—it was a day full of joy, laughter, and togetherness.

A heartfelt thank you to our amazing team for bringing this event to life, and a special shoutout to our Dining Services team for treating everyone to a delicious brunch! 💛

Congratulations to our speech therapist Sarah on her upcoming bundle of joy! 💕

Thank you, Sarah for sharing this special time with our residents. We recently held a gender reveal party where the residents had the chance to cast their votes on the baby’s gender before the big reveal.

Sarah loved hearing their guesses and the thoughtful(and sometimes funny!) reasons behind them.

It was such a joyful moment for everyone involved. We look forward to meeting her baby girl this fall! 👶🎀

This past Sunday, we were delighted to welcome the Cannon Irish Dancers for a lively performance! ☘️

Residents, families, and members of the community gathered to enjoy the music, dancing, and festive spirit.

To make the celebration even sweeter, everyone indulged in Shamrock Shakes. It was a wonderful afternoon filled with smiles, laughter, and great company!

Jennifer is a laundry aide for our facility. Jennifer helps provide a comfortable and sanitary environment for residents. Her hard work behind the scenes keeps everything running smoothly. From washing and folding to making sure every item is clean and ready to use! Her attention to detail and commitment do not go unnoticed.

In her free time Jennifer enjoys singing karaoke with family and friends. She collects Gone with the wind items and enjoys video games.
