Our campus includes 103 all-private rehab suites featuring 3 courtyards with gazebo overlooking beautifully landscaped grounds. Our Main Street with storefronts opens to all private, hotel-like suites. As a family owned company with locations throughout Northeast Ohio, our resources, experiences, and excellent customer service and outcomes we are proud to be the provider of choice. The Avenue at North Ridgeville is a facility that provides an excellent level of medical, physical and emotional support. We provide medical care to those in need of post-op and medical services. Our leading-edge therapy services, design, décor and state-of-the-art rehabilitation gym, allows us to provide the highest level of therapy with superior outcomes.

We’ve been busy here at The Avenue getting ready for the holidays—but we haven’t forgotten to celebrate the incredible staff who work tirelessly every day! Erin serves as our Nursing Scheduler and Central Supply, but her dedication extends far beyond her title. She is always willing to jump in wherever she’s needed, supporting both our staff and residents with kindness and enthusiasm.

In her spare time, Erin enjoys crafting, shopping (always checking the clearance items first!), and spending quality time with her kids, nieces, and nephews.

Erin shares that she is most grateful for the wonderful staff and residents she gets to see and work with each day.
