ur Main Street with storefronts opens to all private, hotel-like suites. As a family owned company with locations throughout Northeast Ohio, our resources, experiences, and excellent customer service and outcomes we are proud to be the provider of choice. The Avenue at North Ridgeville is a facility that provides an excellent level of medical, physical and emotional support. We provide medical care to those in need of post-op and medical services. Our leading-edge therapy services, design, décor and state-of-the-art rehabilitation gym, allows us to provide the highest level of therapy with superior outcomes.

Nursing Home Week 2026 – Day 5!

During National Skilled Nursing Care Week, we proudly honor the residents, staff, volunteers, and families who make our community at The Avenue so special.

Throughout the week, we have enjoyed activities and celebrations recognizing the incredible people who bring warmth, compassion, and dedication to our community each and every day. We especially want to thank our residents, their families, and our staff for the important role they play all year long.

Our team works cohesively every day to provide exceptional care, meaningful activities, and an enriching quality of life for our residents. We are grateful for the compassionate and hardworking team we have at The Avenue — they truly are the best!

Nursing Home Week 2026 – Day 4!

This morning, Mayor Kevin Corcoran visited The Avenue at North Ridgeville and presented a proclamation in honor of National Nursing Home Week💙

Following the presentation, we enjoyed coffee and donuts together with residents and guests.
In the afternoon, residents enjoyed fun activities including tie-dyeing and gardening while also enjoying delicious fresh vegetables.

Today our residents and staff enjoyed a fun-filled Vacation Dress Down Day along with some exciting water games! While the residents decided it was a little too chilly to head outside, our staff members were more than ready to splash into the fun. Even our four-legged friend joined in and dressed for the occasion! 🐾😎

Day 2 of Nursing Home Week was a delicious success! 🎉🍳

We celebrated our amazing staff with a special breakfast prepared by our management team, who arrived before the rooster crowed to cook made-to-order omelets, crispy bacon, and savory sausage. Staff also enjoyed coffee, fresh fruit, and yogurt parfaits to start their day right! ☕🍓

We are incredibly grateful for each and every staff member and the important role they play in keeping our building running smoothly every day. Thank you for your hard work, dedication, and compassionate care! 💙
