Peace, love, and tie-dye took over Danbury this week as our Generation of Innovation crew celebrated with live music, refreshing drinks, delicious pizza, and tie dye galore! 🌈

The vibes were high, the colors were bright, and the smiles were everywhere. Thank you to everyone who joined in the fun and made this a truly groovy afternoon! 🕊️🎶

🚀 Generation of Innovation – Day One! 🚀
Yesterday, we kicked off our Generation of Innovation program with an exciting presentation from Craig Williams of NASA. He shared fascinating insights about launch vehicles and Cleveland’s key role in NASA’s story — especially meaningful since many of our residents once worked for NASA!

We also set up our Generations Boards, where residents and staff can add photos to the board representing their generation. It’s already sparking great conversations!

To wrap up the day, we got creative by painting vinyl records — a fun nod to the past while celebrating innovation. 🎨💿

🚘🏁 Cruising down memory lane, the Danbury Senior Living gentlemen spent the afternoon admiring vintage classics at the Canton Car Museum and swapping stories of cars they once owned. 🚙❤️✨

We have had a blast with Age on Stage (our very own readers’ theater), painting cheerful dandelions outdoors, and hosting Round 2 of tie-dye—this time even our staff joined in on the fun and made their own shirts! We also whipped up some sweet memories in Baking Club. 🎭🌼👕🍪

Liberty Living tapped along to live music with tambourines this week—what a fun way to stay active and joyful! 🎶 Meanwhile, our Assisted Living residents showed off their creative side making tie-dye shirts to wear to our upcoming Danbury Woodstock party—so much talent and color! 🌈

To top it off, they enjoyed a sweet outing to the Dairy Grove, soaking up the beautiful weather, savoring ice cream, and smiling as they watched kids play on the playground. 🍦☀️
