Northridge Rehabilitation and Care Center extends its deepest condolences to the family, friends, and colleagues of Officer Phillip Wagner, member of the North Ridgeville community, and the Lorain Police Department who tragically passed away while serving and protecting us all.

We hold immense respect for all emergency response teams and first responders, recognizing the selfless dedication and immense sacrifices they make daily.
To honor Officer Wagner's memory and to express our unwavering support for all those who serve, we invite you to wear blue on Wednesday, July 30, 2025.
This small but significant gesture will serve as a visible sign of solidarity, demonstrating our collective appreciation for the courage and commitment of our law enforcement officers.
We want to extend our sincere gratitude to Officer Wagner, Officer Gale, Officer Payne, and every single police officer who bravely stands on the front lines, protecting our homes and our lives.
