This past week we had the pleasure of having Ridgeville’s own Ballet Legato come and perform for our residents! Ballet Legato is a local non for profit professional dance company that has been partnering with us for the last 3 years! Every year we have enjoyed watching them bring the magic of the arts to our residents! Not only does Ballet Legato bring smiles to our residents, they also host different programs for our youth! Their upcoming production of the Nutcracker consists of 10 professional dancers along with 30 youth from the community! Be sure to check them out this December 6&7 at Lorain County Community College Stocker Arts! Thank you again for the amazing morning and your amazing performance!

We are excited to announce 📣 that North Ridgeville’s very own and Lorain County only Professional Dance Company 🩰 Ballet Legato 🩰 will be returning!!

Tuesday November 11, 2025 at 10:30am they will be bringing their yearly rendition of the Nutcracker for our residents and visitors to see!

We absolutely love that we have partnered with them and their community outreach program to bring the arts to those who are unable to get out and see their shows!

Families and visitors we encourage you to stop on in and see the small program they have in store for us!

October has come to a close and our neighborhood spider woman and her team made sure that all managers and staff knew how much they were appreciated this month!!

The resident had a great time keeping things a secret and helping keep Managers Distracted while our Spider woman went to work!

As we head into November we cannot wait to start planning the holidays and continue spreading cheer through out the building! r

Yesterday was an incredible day celebrating our amazing staff!!

Back in July we had an ownership change and became apart of the NexTier Health Group Family!

Yesterday we got to have our turn at celebrating NexTier Days! A day dedicated to show staff appreciation for all they do!

And boy did our team show us what it was like to feel appreciated!

We had a day filled with games, music, food and prizes! We also did our first escape room where our staff from all shifts for a chance to work together as a team to get out of the room but also provide an educational tool to find then hidden issues in the room!

We had so much fun yesterday!

Thank you to our Fun Committee for helping put together such a wonderful event!

Thank you to our staff for attending and all that you do day in and day out!

Wow what a fun filled week we had here at The Northridge Rehabilitation and Care Center!

We would like to Thank our Volunteers from North Ridgeville High School for making our Trunk or Treat so special and all your time during the week with our residents!

Our Dietary Manager Shaneece and Admissions/Marketing Director Megan showed off our amazing Chili cooking skills at the Westlake Community Center annual Chili Cook off.

Thank you to the North Ridgeville Senior center for allowing us to come in an provide our community with a Dementia Live simulation!

We are proud to be apart of this community and continue to provide not only great care for our residents but support and education to the community!
