Our Fire & Ice Happy Hour was the ultimate collision of the elements! Where hot and spicy met cool and crisp, even in the delicious chili lemonade! 🔥❄️

There’s no bones about it, our Culinary Director Andy provided another amazing “Let’s Try Something Weird” kitchen demo! He prepared a special roasted bone marrow on crostini with a parsley and caper salad. The dish evoked a lot of nostalgia among residents, which is one of the many wonderful ways food connects us to life and each other.

January is Poverty Awareness Month. We are partnering with Royal Redeemer Lutheran to help support their Food Pantry ministry. Throughout the month we will be collecting donations of non-perishable food items. Items must be in good condition and non-expired. Please drop off all donations to the Front Desk by January 26th.

For our monthly Wellness Wednesday we kicked off the year with a focus on “new year, new you!” and all the ways we can care for ourselves and our health. We wrote our new years wishes, and hope that each may come true in 2026 ☺️

We’ve reached our forty-second and final day of cheer!! Today is Orthodox Christmas, and we crafted and adorned little boats, or “karavaki” in celebration of the Greek tradition of decorating boats for the holiday instead of Christmas trees!
