Join us for a **FREE yoga event** in Metro Parks! All levels are welcome for an afternoon of relaxation and connection. Please bring your yoga mat, a blanket, and dress for the weather. If it rains, the event will be canceled (no rainout date).

Join us Monday at 7:15 PM for **Aerial: Yoga Nidra**—a deeply restorative practice that combines the principles of "yogic sleep" with the support of an aerial hammock, promoting profound relaxation and mental clarity.
