Join us for Donation VinYin every Wednesday in November at 7:15 PM. This 60-minute class combines flowing Vinyasa sequences with grounding Yin postures. A $5 donation is required, with all proceeds going to Harvest for Hunger.

November 1st at 6 PM, experience Elevated Vibrations: A Restorative Aerial Sound Journey for $30. Relax in aerial hammocks while enjoying a live sound bath. Bring a water bottle and optionally an eye mask or small pillow.

November 9th at 3 PM, attend our Meditation Workshop for $30. This 2.5-hour session will cover various meditation techniques and provide guidance for all levels. A tea break and take-home resources are included.
