Wellness Coaching
Micro habits. Meaningful change.

Lasting change rarely comes from intensity.
It comes from repetition. From small, doable shifts that your system can actually sustain.

Our 3 session Wellness Coaching program is designed to help you look at your daily patterns with clarity. Sleep. Movement. Nutrition. Stress. The routines that quietly shape how you feel.

Using the Tiny Habits method, you will learn how to anchor small behaviors to existing routines so they become automatic. Research shows that when habits feel achievable and rewarding, they are far more likely to stick. We focus on building a system that works with your nervous system, not against it.

This is not about overhauling your life.
It is about adjusting the structure of your days so they support the person you are becoming.

You will leave with practical tools, personalized strategies, and a clearer understanding of what balance actually looks like for you.

If your current routines feel scattered or unsustainable, this may be the place to start.

Mental health support does not only happen in the therapy room.

Sometimes it begins with a sentence that helps you understand your stress response.
A reflection prompt that puts language to what you have been carrying.
A resource that reminds you that your patterns make sense.

At NEO MindBody Collab, we created a Resource Hub to extend the work beyond sessions and classes. Inside, you will find thoughtfully curated tools, education, and practices rooted in trauma informed care, attachment science, and nervous system awareness.

This is not information for information’s sake.
It is practical support you can return to when life feels dysregulated, overwhelming, or unclear.

Our email community receives access to favorite resources, updates, and offerings from Pathways Counseling, NEO Wellness, and Root + Rise Institute.

If you value learning that is grounded, relational, and applicable to real life, we would be glad to have you there.

Thoughtful Thursday
9:30am

This class is a midweek pause.

Thoughtful Thursday weaves gentle movement with moments of reflection, inviting you to notice what is happening beneath the surface. We move with intention, not urgency. We create space to check in with your body, your breath, and the patterns that may be shaping your week.

From a regulation lens, slower, mindful movement helps expand your window of tolerance and supports clearer thinking. When the body feels steadier, the mind often follows.

Come as you are. Leave with a little more clarity and a little more room inside.

Wellness Wednesday | Breathwork

Breathwork is the intentional use of breathing patterns to influence how your body and brain respond to stress.

Your breath is directly connected to your autonomic nervous system. When you shift the rhythm of your breathing, you shift your internal state.

Research shows that paced breathing can:

• Support stress reduction by activating the parasympathetic response
• Improve focus and mental clarity through better oxygen and carbon dioxide balance
• Increase body awareness and present moment attention
• Influence the vagus nerve, supporting steadiness and regulation

Many people notice they feel clearer, more grounded, or more energized after even a short practice.

Breathwork is not about forcing relaxation. It is about working with your physiology in a structured, intentional way.

This week, take a moment to simply notice your breath.
Is it shallow or deep? Fast or steady?

Awareness is the first step toward regulation.

Slow Flow and Sound is coming up.

This class blends intentional, unhurried movement with grounding sound. We move at a steady pace, following the breath and paying attention to sensation, allowing the body to open without pushing. The slower rhythm supports strength and mobility while giving your system time to settle.

We close with sound to deepen rest and integration. The tones help quiet mental chatter and invite a steadier internal state.

If your week has felt full or demanding, this is space to reset.

We look forward to sharing the room with you.

There are moments when talking is not enough.

When insight feels clear in your mind, but your body still carries the weight of something unfinished.

Holotropic Breathwork is a structured, extended breathing practice designed to gently shift your state of awareness. Through intentional breath patterns, music, and guided support, you access layers of experience that often sit beneath words.

From a trauma informed lens, breath can influence the autonomic nervous system, increasing access to stored emotion, memory, and meaning. Research in stress physiology shows that breath patterns directly impact arousal states. When guided safely, this can create space for processing, integration, and relief.

People often describe the experience as clarifying, emotional, grounding, or expansive. Not because something is forced, but because the body is allowed to complete what it once had to hold.

Our 90 minute sessions are facilitated with care, clinical awareness, and a deep respect for your pacing. This is intentional work. It is supported work.

If you are curious about what your breath might be holding, we invite you to explore it with us.

To learn more scan the QR Code or book your session through our website.

What might shift if you gave yourself permission to breathe fully?

Meet Tony.

Tony’s path into this work began with a genuine curiosity about the human mind and a desire to understand emotional depth.

He works with children, adolescents, and adults navigating trauma, anxiety, relationship challenges, and personal growth. His approach blends EMDR, CBT, ACT, and client centered therapy, meeting each person where they are. With younger clients, he may incorporate play or sand tray therapy, because not every experience can be put into words right away.

Tony’s presence is steady and approachable.

Creative. Grounded. Warm. Authentic.

He believes therapy works best when you feel safe enough to be real. Safe enough to say the hard thing. Safe enough to laugh. Safe enough to pause.

We are grateful to have someone like Tony on our team, holding space with care, depth, and integrity for every person who walks through our doors.

A gentle reminder for your week.

Slowing down is not falling behind. It is how your body recalibrates.

When your days feel full and your mind stays on, your stress response rarely gets a chance to settle. Over time, that shows up as tension, irritability, fatigue, or feeling disconnected from yourself.

Our weekly classes are a space to pause.
To move with intention.
To breathe with awareness.
To reconnect with your body in a way that feels steady and grounded.

This is not about performance. It is about regulation. About giving your system a moment to shift from constant doing into being.

If your week has been heavy or simply busy, consider this your invitation.

Join us.
Take the time.
Let your body remember what steady feels like.

Teams do not burn out because they lack motivation.

They burn out when stress becomes chronic, communication feels unsafe, and people spend more energy managing overwhelm than collaborating.

In workplaces and small groups, stress physiology matters. When individuals are operating in fight, flight, or shutdown, creativity narrows. Patience shortens. Misunderstandings increase. What looks like disengagement is often a protective response.

Our Corporate and Small Group Wellness Events are designed with this in mind.

We create customized, trauma informed experiences that support regulation, clarity, and connection. Depending on your goals, sessions may integrate guided mindfulness, breathwork, gentle movement or yoga, sound healing, Reiki, grounding practices, or facilitated reflection. Each offering is intentionally structured to meet your team where they are, not where we assume they should be.

The outcome is not forced positivity.
It is steadiness.
It is relational capacity.
It is a shared sense of ease that strengthens focus and collaboration.

When people feel safer in their bodies and with one another, communication shifts. Decision making improves. Resilience grows in ways that are sustainable.

If your organization is ready for a more thoughtful approach to well being, we invite you to learn more.
