We are so excited to have them with us through our Undergraduate Internship Program.

They are stepping into this experience with curiosity, care, and a genuine desire to learn. They are excited to grow, to witness the work we do with our clients firsthand, and to understand what it means to be part of a collaborative, heart led team.

Internships here are about more than observation. They are about connection. Presence. Learning how we hold space for clients and for one another.

An Integrated Healing Session is a place to explore without needing answers first.
There is no script to follow.
No expectation to perform or believe.

Each session is guided by what your body needs in that moment.
Sometimes that looks like stillness.
Sometimes gentle movement.

🌿 Licensed Mental Health Counselors (1099 Contractors)
Clinicians with advanced clinical skills, a trauma-informed foundation, and a desire to work relationally and holistically. Ideal candidates are seeking flexibility, community, and alignment with their purpose.

🌿 Holistically-Oriented Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners or Psychiatrists
We’re especially interested in providers who practice from a collaborative, compassionate, and integrative lens — and who want to be part of a supportive team.

Easy Seat reminds us that stillness does not require effort.
It begins with choosing a position that feels supportive.
One that lets your body rest.
One that allows your breath to move without force.

This can be seated on the floor.
It can be on a cushion.
It can be in a chair.
It can be against a wall.

What matters is how safe you feel.

Sometimes feeling good is not about doing more.
It is about settling into what is already here.

We are so glad to welcome Lauren to our yoga community.

Lauren brings a grounded, compassionate presence.
Her work centers on safety.
On choice.
On meeting your body and nervous system with care.

She is a Certified Yoga Life Coach and Reiki Level 2 practitioner.
With training in trauma informed yoga, prenatal yoga, and kids yoga.
She is currently studying to become a certified Yoga Therapist through PranaYoga Institute.

Lauren offers practices that feel supportive and accessible.
Spaces where you can slow down.
Breathe.
And reconnect in ways that feel right for you.

You can practice with Lauren in these ways:

• Mondays at 7 p.m.
Mindful Monday.
A gentle blend of yoga, Reiki, and meditation.

• Wednesdays at 6:30 p.

A calming practice designed to support regulation and rest.
