📢 Important Update - Temporary Reinstatement of Full-Spectrum H**p CBD Sales

For those of you who use CBD products: a Franklin County judge has temporarily paused Governor DeWine’s ban on “intoxicating h**p” items for 14 days while a lawsuit proceeds.

This means we can temporarily resume sales of Full Spectrum H**p products (which naturally contain small amounts of THC).

The situation is still unfolding, and we’ll adjust as needed once the court issues further guidance.

Dear Customers,
Yesterday, Ohio Governor Mike DeWine issued an executive order banning the sale of “intoxicating h**p” products, effective Tuesday, October 14, 2025.

Today, the Ohio Department of Agriculture released emergency regulations clarifying that this order applies to products containing more than 0.5 mg THC per serving or more than 2 mg per container.

Because full-spectrum h**p products naturally contain small amounts of THC along with CBD, this order also affects all Full Spectrum H**p-derived CBD products.

To ensure full compliance with state law, Vital Choice Health Store will temporarily remove all Full Spectrum H**p products from our shelves until further guidance is provided.

🛑 Heads Up, Friends 🛑
Tomorrow (Wednesday 6/18), the Ohio House Judiciary Committee will review Senate Bill 56, which could change how h**p-derived products are sold in Ohio.

As it's currently written, the bill would take virtually all full spectrum CBD products out of health food stores and move them to ma*****na dispensaries only.

We’re not posting this to make a political statement - we just want to keep our customers informed about something that could affect what’s available at places like Vital Choice.
