Let’s take a few minutes to check in with ourselves. Close your eyes and take 3 deep breaths in through your nose and out through your mouth. As you exhale let out a sigh. Feel your body connecting with the earth where your feet touch the ground. Imagine a tiny silver link tether connecting you, rooting you to Mother Earth and then imagine that same silver link tether connecting the top of your head to the ethereal.
Have you been prioritizing yourself this week? Have you taken time to just be? To breathe? To reconnect? Life is a constant motion and it’s easy to get caught up in the never ending to do lists. Remember you’re always just a few deep breaths away from a mindful reset.
