Practicing under infrared heat, we deliver smart, effective workouts and mindful movement—building strength, balance, and community in Salem. Yoga Sakti is the largest boutique fitness center in Boston that has everything you need to achieve optimal health. We specialize in a variety of yoga styles, including all levels of hot power, vinyasa, and restorative yoga, as well as the only yoga wall on

the North Shore. Our classes are open to all levels, and our instructors offer modified positions for beginners. In addition to Yoga, we also offer TRX, Pilates, barre, spinning, and conditioning classes, as well as combination classes. With over 85 classes per week taught by the top instructors in the area, you are sure to find a class that works for you! We also provide locker rooms with showers, lockers, and towels. We carry several unique lines of fitness wear to fit your style. Our attached Wellness Center includes nutrition counseling, hypnosis, and massage therapy. Yoga Sakti is a lifestyle center where you can customize your fitness and get a full body experience.

✨ Meet Marc St. Pierre✨
Marc teaches yoga to students of all levels who are curious and ready to explore their practice. He emphasizes mindful use of the body, steady alignment, and deep connection to breath, creating a peaceful space free from overstimulation. Music is rarely used—his classes focus on presence, listening to cues, and cultivating awareness. Blocks are a favorite prop, helping make variations accessible for everyone.
With 30 years of personal practice and an ERYT500 certification—the highest level—Marc believes yoga is more than exercise; it’s a method to cultivate steadiness, freedom, and well-being, guided by resolve and kindness. Having lived in Los Angeles and Hawaii, he brings a love of the outdoors and creativity in many forms into his teaching.

When he’s not on the mat, Marc enjoys being outside and exploring the beauty of the world—sometimes in ways you can’t imagine…like accidentally standing on a humpback whale! …you’ll have to ask him more about that one…

Marc’s classes are about cultivating awareness, strength, and freedom in body and mind—helping students connect deeply to themselves with patience and curiosity. 🧘‍♂️

Our toddler yoga class (ages 1–3) is the perfect mix of movement, play, and connection for little ones and their grown-ups led by 🧡

We have 2 free kids yoga classes on May 2&3 but be on the lookout for more regular class times for you and your minis coming in June!

✨ Meet Meghan ✨
Meghan teaches Vinyasa & Yoga Flow with a focus on alignment and deep mind-body connection. Her classes welcome all levels, offering hands-on adjustments and modifications so every student can move safely and mindfully. Expect playlists that flow from traditional kirtan to upbeat vibes, creating an energizing yet grounding practice. Blocks are an essential prop in her classes, helping students find length, support, and deeper stretches. She hopes her students leave class feeling both deeply stretched and mentally refreshed.
In addition to her 25 years of personal practice and 3 years of teaching experience, Meghan holds a 200-hr YTT certification.

When she’s not teaching, Meghan enjoys practicing as much yoga as possible, weight training, gardening, and soaking up the summer sun at the beach. She also works as a multilingual teacher at the Bentley School in Salem, and is trilingual - speaking English, German, and Spanish.
