✨ Meet Sue ✨
Sue brings more than 25 years of teaching experience to SAKTI—so she definitely knows how to make your quads question their life choices… but still come back for more. 😏💪
Certified in indoor cycling (Reebok, Schwinn, and Mad Dogg), TRX™, multiple barre methods, and NASM personal training and nutrition, she knows how to deliver a full-body workout that means business. Her classes are creative, challenging, and famous for serious thigh work—squats, wall squats, lunges… sometimes with weights, sometimes at the barre… sometimes both (you’ve been warned!!).
Expect fun remix playlists with everything from pop to the best throwbacks from the ’80s and ’90s to keep the energy high. Sue loves watching her classes rise to the challenge, and her goal is that everyone leaves feeling strong, supported, inspired… and maybe a little wobbly.
When she’s not teaching, she’s outside walking, biking, or snowshoeing—or taking yet another photo of her cats to send to her kids.
