I’ve been really present in my life lately, focusing on being “in person.”

Which feels like such a funny thing to say… because life is meant to be lived in person,
not through a screen.
And yet, here we are.

So I’d truly love to see you in real life if you’re local and able to come to one of these events in Southern Maine.

Community is such a core part of who I am (my chart ruler Venus lives in my 11th house — the house of community, after all 💫), and being together in shared space just hits different.

I FEEL your insecurities the moment they hit me.

What I’m seeing beneath the surface right now is SHEDDING.

Today’s Dark Moon, along with the start of the new year, is a huge opportunity for letting go.

🔥 Detaching and removing all the is no longer aligned.
🔥 That which you’re hanging onto that’s no longer serving your current path.
🔥 All the shadow energies that are keeping you out of alignment.

Letting it all go to create space for your intentions and manifestations with this powerful New Moon tomorrow.

So let yourself shed.
Take a bath to wash it all away.
Write it down and burn it.
Better yet, use the Earth energy of this moon and bury it, use it to nourish the seeds that you’re planting.

Deconditioning isn’t about fixing.

It’s about recognizing what no longer serves — and making space for what does.
It’s about honoring all that you are… and letting go of who you’re not.

When I speak about deconditioning, I’m not talking about erasing your past or rejecting the parts of you that helped you survive.

I’m talking about reclaiming your energy.
Reconnecting with your natural rhythm.
And learning to trust yourself again.

Deconditioning is how we come home.

💥 It’s noticing where you’ve been running on mental pressure instead of aligned action.
💥 It’s seeing the stories, identities, and coping patterns that aren’t actually you.
💥 It’s remembering the version of you who existed before you thought you had to be anything else.

Sometimes dishonesty isn’t malicious — it’s protective.
It’s the part of us that doesn’t feel safe being fully seen.

For my client, this showed up in the way their partner softened truths or stayed quiet to avoid disrupting peace.

But what was really happening underneath wasn’t just the Shadow of Dishonesty — it was disconnection.
The lack of the Gift of Intimacy.

While this client is a Manifesting Generator, they are a Conscious Projector.

They see the world deeply — its energy, patterns and truth.

As a ManiGen, they want to keep things moving, keep it light, keep the flow.

So when energy feels off, the ManiGen says, “Let’s fix it.”

While the Projector part whispers, “Wait… something’s not aligned.”

When those two energies aren’t integrated, the mind takes over —
and honesty turns into self-protection.

In our session, I helped my client see their partner’s shadows, what’s getting in they way of their intimacy.

Energetic hygiene and alignment
is what allows intimacy to deepen — not collapse.

Boundaries aren’t barriers; they’re how your energy communicates self-trust.

✨ When you tell the truth, you invite others into reality with you.
And that’s the only place authentic connection can exist. 🌿

I did a thing…

I finally created the writing space I’ve been craving.

Longer pieces.
Emotional sovereignty.
Human Design as lived experience.

Will I stay consistent with it?
NO! And that’s why I decided to start a Substack.
My blog feels meh and I’m just not getting on video right now. I’ve let go from algorithms.

The Astrology has my mind goinggg and having a place to share in a sacred way…this has been feeling aligned as I’ve been riding my wave.

Most think they’re falling behind.

That they should be doing more.
Responding faster.
Producing at the pace everyone else seems to.
Staying “on” because the world rewards momentum.

But in my session recently with a fellow Projector, something profound happened.

She told me:
“I could push all day long. There’s no limit. And because I can, I feel like I should.”

🧬 Her chart told the real story 📖

She’s a Mental Projector with:
— an undefined body
— mountains environment
— quad-left arrows
— 1/3 profile

Which means...

🌬 Her body absorbs energy from everything
🌬 Her nervous system is sensitive and communicative
🌬 Her clarity comes from environment, not effort
🌬 Her success comes from being noticed, not being busy
🌬 Her mind is not actually her authority
🌬 Her aura does the work when she stops forcing

At one point I said:
“There is beauty in the waiting.”

And I watched her entire system exhale.

Because she wasn’t “delaying.”
She wasn’t “procrastinating.”
She wasn’t “not disciplined.”

She was operating exactly as her design intended.

Her chart showed that she’s already doing things right...

Working in a mountains environment,
Creating structure naturally,
Honoring her intuition even when her mind wants to override it.

✨ This is the magic of Human Design!

It doesn’t teach you WHO to be.
It reminds you who you ALREADY ARE.

And for Projectors…
Self-recognition is the doorway to success.

💥 When you stop rushing, invitations find you.
💥 When you rest, your aura strengthens.
💥 When you trust your pace, life organizes around you.
