Challenge for a quick burst of health- takes only few mins! no weights needed! Good utilization of blood glucose!
Choose two to do 2 x and 1 to do one time. Do each 30-60 secs
rest approx 1 min between bringing down heart rate to normal then begin next exercise (modify as u deem necessary for ur body!)

Fast (as tolerable) squats
Jumping jacks
Fast feet/Football runs

(with drs clearance of course!👍🙂)
