In order to provide you with the Elite care you deserve, we operate as a mobile/concierge cash pay practice, saving you time and money of co-pays for numerous visits that can quickly add up. Services we provide may be reimbursable by your insurance provider, based on your plan. If you choose to submit the necessary information needed to receive reimbursement for out of network therapy services, we have provided you a check list on our website to help. At your initial evaluation, we will identify goals from what you want to address. We will complete a comprehensive physical assessment including components of range of motion, strength, flexibility, joint mobility, neuromuscular control, and functional testing. It is our job to identify area of impairment to help formulate the best plan of care to fit you goals and get you back to the level of activity you desire. Following your initial evaluation, we will discuss the findings, review your physical therapy diagnosis, and make recommendations to get you started with treatment that will get you on the right path towards achieving your goals. Follow up visits will be offered at 30 or 60-minute intervals.
