This rehabilitation center is truly remarkable. My experience here has been precisely what I anticipated from the moment I arrived. I am writing to express my sincere gratitude to the exceptional individuals who provided me with care during my recent hospitalization. Each and every person I interacted with was courteous, kind, and genuinely caring. Notably, I observed that these same qualities were consistently demonstrated towards all the patients in the facility. I would like to extend my deepest appreciation to the following individuals: 1. Jenna - Physical Therapist 2. Bob - Occupational Therapist 3. Claudine - Occupational Therapist 4. Mark - Physical Therapist 5. Wendy - Occupational Therapist 6. Merry Beth - Occupational Therapist 7. Katherine, Denise, and Dawn - Registered Nurses Additionally, I would like to acknowledge the assistance provided by the following individuals: - The gentleman who transported me upstairs and continued with my care (whose name I have unfortunately forgotten) - Denise, Alecia, Beverly, and Daniella - Certified Nurses Aides - Jessica - Nurse Practitioner - Michelle - Case Manager - Dr. Paul I am confident that my swift recovery was a direct result of the exceptional care and support provided by these remarkable individuals. I extend my heartfelt wishes for their continued dedication and the continued delivery of outstanding service. Thank you once again for your unwavering support. 💖

A message from our CEO, Sheri Godfrin. Today is Veterans Day, a dedicated time to honor and appreciate all those who have bravely served to protect our nation’s freedom. In recognition of this special day, and in partnership with HONOR, Lifepoint’s employee resource group (ERG) for veteran employees and allies, we are pleased to outline a few values that veterans live by which help to advance Lifepoint’s mission and vision every day:

Integrity – This value is taught in military basic training and is foundational to Lifepoint’s core value, Do the Right Thing. Acting with integrity and honesty in everything we do shows a strong commitment to our patients, partners and each other. It also promotes safe, high-quality care for the community we serve.

Teamwork – This value is integral to successful military missions and is a key part of Lifepoint’s core value, Make a Difference Together. Thinking “we” before “me” helps to encourage effective collaboration, and building strong relationships often leads to identifying and developing more innovative solutions.

Service – This value provides military service members with a sense of duty and aligns with Lifepoint’s core value, Champion Patient Care. Demonstrating an unwavering passion for delivering high-quality care, while looking for opportunities to improve, is an important way that we ensure patients have positive experiences.

Perseverance – This value is learned throughout military service and corresponds with Lifepoint’s core values, Embrace Individuality and Act with Kindness. Drawing upon the diverse skills of others, approaching each day with optimism and lifting up our team members is how we continue to grow.

Thank you to all our veterans for the sacrifices you have made to protect our country. You are a critical part of our team, and we are grateful for your continued commitment to making communities healthier.
