I’m Gina Devlin, a certified health coach guiding you with holistic support, sustainable habits, and personalized coaching to help you thrive—mind and body. Health and wellness have been lifelong passions of mine, inspired early on by my father who taught me the value of nutritious eating and staying active. I'm incredibly grateful for the foundation he gave me — it's shaped who I am today. For over 20 years, I worked as a public school teacher, guiding hundreds of students across elementary, middle, and high school levels. Over time, I realized that my true calling extended beyond the classroom. I wanted to help people of all ages live healthier, happier lives in a more personal and transformative way. That desire led me to the Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN), where I graduated in February 2012. During my year of study, I explored more than 100 dietary theories and learned from leading doctors, researchers, and wellness experts in the field of integrative health. The holistic approach I gained has equipped me with the tools to support individuals in creating sustainable, balanced lifestyles that nourish both body and mind. As a certified health coach, I’m here to guide and empower you on your wellness journey — whether you're looking to boost your energy, improve your eating habits, reduce stress, or simply feel more in control of your health. So much of what we need to truly be well is already available to us 🌿

It’s found in the food that comes from the earth, the sunshine on our skin, the way we move our bodies, and the people we choose to surround ourselves with. It’s in laughter, connection, daily walks, strength training, rest, and real conversations.

Medications and doctors absolutely have their place—and thank goodness for them when we need them. But so much of our day-to-day wellness? That’s within our control. We can nourish ourselves. We can build supportive community. We can choose movement. We can create habits that support our bodies instead of working against them.

Wellness isn’t complicated. It’s consistent. It’s intentional. And it’s often much more natural than we’ve been led to believe. 💛

Results don’t happen overnight—and that’s okay. 💪
If you’re new to exercise or just getting back into a routine, start simple and realistic. Set monthly goals, not daily perfection. For example: commit to going to the gym 3 times a week and walking 3 times a week.

Focus on building the habit first before piling on more steps. Every habit needs time to “stick,” and getting back into the groove takes patience and consistency. Progress isn’t about rushing—it’s about showing up, week after week, and letting those small wins add up.

Give yourself grace. Stay consistent. Trust the process.
