“I had plantar fasciitis for the last 2 years. When I started PT here, I was not able to walk, instead it was like walking on eggshells. I work at a school, so standing for hours gave me severe pain. I couldn’t do my usual chores and sports. After my sessions with the PT specialists here, I walk confidently, can walk in the park, can stand at school during lessons. My feet are much, much better.”

“I came here with hip pain. I was unable to get out of bed or tie my shoe without extreme pain. Simple tasks of walking and getting out of the car was slow. I am so happy to say that with the help and knowledge of Dr Nestor and his amazing staff I am free of pain and can function normally again. All the stretches and exercises were so helpful and I will continue to do them at home to keep my hips strong. Thank you so much!”
