“I came to therapy about 8 months after a debridement surgery. I was having pain in my shoulder that felt like I was tearing a muscle. I also had pain in the rear of my shoulder.
My range of motion was limited overhead, behind my back and reaching across my body.
After therapy, the pain I had in the rear of my shoulder is gone. My range of motion in all planes is much better now!”

“I started with severe lower back pain as well as hip pain in Feb 2024. I started with another physical therapy facility. I worked with that facility for 7 months and experienced no relief. I was referred to Nestor PT in September of 2024. Within weeks of working with Dr. Nestor’s incredible staff, I started to regain mobility in my back and my hip and experienced relief. Dr. Nestor and his team were able to pinpoint the pain in my back and hip and came up with a routine of stretches and strength exercises to get me back on track to feeling normal again.
After PT at Nestor PT, I am back to my old self! The staff’s knowledge, dedication, and professionalism are hands down the best. The one-on-one attention to detail that they give their patients is incredibly special. I have not experienced this type of treatment at other facilities. The team here have given me the knowledge I need to continue with a healthy lifestyle and keep my body mobile.
