After hours of steady support, encouragement, and trust in the process, a first-time mom welcomed her baby at home—strong, calm, and surrounded by care.
Mom and baby are resting, the room is quiet again, and Midwives Sharon & Nye, along with Midwifery student Donna take a moment together before heading out into the night.
This is the rhythm of home birth: presence, patience, and the quiet joy of witnessing a family begin. 💛

📚 studying midwifery + dreaming big
🧡 babywearing everywhere, always
🥗 cooking vegan meals like it was a full-time hobby. 🗳️ rocking a feminist Get Out The Vote tee and showing up for what matters 💪✨ 🐶 and yes… dressing up the dog (no regrets)
Some things have changed, but the heart behind it all hasn’t: nurturing, learning, and showing up with love. 💛
