As most of you know I welcomed a baby boy in the beginning of November and have been soaking up my maternity leave with him and my daughter! While it has been absolutely amazing I am excited to get back to sessions with all of my wonderful clients!

After nine marvelous years at my Fayetteville location I have made the decision to relocate. That space will always hold a special place in my heart. Not only did I fully renovate it myself with my father whose since passed but it is where I feel my journey truly began and I was able to cultivate my practice and self into the practitioner that I am today and I will forever be grateful for every client, every colleague and every memory made there!

I am excited for the adventure of the new location and cannot wait to share the space with all of you! While renovations complete I will be offering Massage Therapy, Reiki and Sound Therapy out of Cestaro Chiropractic who will become my neighbor in my new space! Pilates and infrared sauna sessions will resume when I am all settled and moved in!
