I want to recommend a very good book I just finished reading. The book is named The Plant Paradox by Dr Steven Gundry. It really makes sense as to why a lot of us have trouble loosing weight and getting healthy. It really was an eye opener and an aha moment. I look forward to hearing what others think about it.😀

I celebrated my 1 year anniversary with MDVIP with a ribbon cutting ceremony with the help of Jennifer Pauly at Upward Niagara Chamber of Commerce in August 2023.
