My sincerest apologies for any cancelations in my upcoming schedule. My husband has a serious health issue and I need to be at appointments with him. I will do my very best to accommodate everyone's needs, but he is my top priority at this time. I hope for your understanding at this difficult time.

The power is out in our building and all along Tremont and Goundry apparently. We are closing early due to this. Our phones don’t work without power either. We apologize for any inconvenience! Have a great weekend everyone!

Our phone system is not working this morning for patient's trying to call in. We are aware of the problem and Kaleida is working on getting it resolved, we are able to call out but are not getting any inbound calls. We are very sorry for the inconvenience.

yesterday, my world was shaken by the untimely death of my friend, my neighbor, my nurse, my office manager, Sharon Poremba. It's still surreal to me. She will be greatly missed by not only myself and the office staff, but by her mother, son and grandchildren. She did so much for all of us. She loved with all of her heart. She and her sister Suzie and I grew up next door to my sister and I, we played together all the time. When I opened my practice in March or April of '07, she started soon after and has been there since. I honestly am not sure what we'll do without her.
