✨ Intensive Therapy: Deeper Work, Faster Results ✨

Sometimes one session just isn’t enough. Intensive Myofascial Release (MFR) therapy allows us to work more consistently and intentionally over a short period of time—helping your body release long-held tension, restore movement, and reduce pain more effectively.

By scheduling multiple sessions within two weeks, your therapist can build on each treatment instead of starting over each visit. This approach is especially helpful for stubborn pain patterns and restricted movement.

💙 Our Intensive MFR Packages:

Option 1 – $385
• 2️⃣ 90-minute MFR sessions
• 1️⃣ 60-minute MFR session

Option 2 – $355
• 1️⃣ 90-minute Dual MFR session (2 therapists)
• 2️⃣ 60-minute MFR sessions
