We’re seeking a dedicated MDS RN to join our Northgate Health Care Facility team.

💼 What You’ll Do:
✔ Coordinate and monitor Medicare, Managed Care, and Medicaid revenue processes
✔ Ensure residents receive the skilled services they need for independence and quality of life
✔ Oversee and improve Quality Measures to enhance resident care
✔ Educate staff on procedures to optimize reimbursement and care planning
✔ Complete MDS, care plan, and care guide processes

✅ Requirements:
Registered Nurse (RN) license in New York State
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Experience in Medicare/Medicaid within long-term care or clinical training strongly preferred
Strong communication skills
Computer knowledge (MDS 3.0, PCC e-MAR, CMI processes)
