🩺 The RN or LPN Memory Care Coordinator is responsible for the direct and indirect nursing care of all residents on the memory care unit. They will oversee the day-to-day clinical activities of the staff while maintaining a safe environment for the residents. The Unit Coordinator will interpret patient information and make critical decisions, administer medication, provide wound care and other personalized interventions.
✅ Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and oversee unit operations, ensuring exceptional resident care.

• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and interdisciplinary teams.
