We're seeking a dedicated and personable Front/Back Office Medical Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in creating a warm and welcoming environment for our patients. As a key member of our clinic, you will be responsible for both front and back-office duties, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for our clients.

Responsibilities:
Front Office:
* Greet and assist patients with a friendly and welcoming demeanor.
* Answer phone calls, schedule appointments using our EHR system, and manage the front desk.
* Verify patient information and ensure accurate records.
* Collect and process payments for services rendered.
* Take before and after photos of each patient.
* Provide information to patients about clinic services and procedures.
* Maintain a clean and organized office.
* Manage inventory of retail and back office supplies.

Back Office:
* Assist our providers in preparing patients for treatments.
* Prepare treatment rooms and ensure they are stocked with necessary supplies and is kept in pristine condition.
* Assist with various medical procedures under the supervision of healthcare providers.
* Ensure patient confidentiality and privacy at all times.
* Perform administrative tasks such as membership maintenance, data entry, and maintaining patient records.

Required Hours:
* Tues: 9:30am-5:30pm
* Fri: 9:30am-5:30pm
* Sat: 8:30am-2pm

BENEFITS:
