No woman or young girl should ever have to go without basic hygiene necessities. Our Women’s Hygiene Blessing Box was created to help support women in our community with free essential items during difficult times.

Due to low attendance, there will no longer be Yoga with Laine on Mondays. We wanted to send a friendly reminder that if there’s a class you truly love, please help support it by bringing a friend, sharing it, and spreading the word.
Several of our instructors travel from out of town and simply can’t afford to continue showing up for no-shows. We are so thankful for every single person who continues to support our fitness community.
No matter what, we will keep showing up for you and doing our best to provide a space that encourages health, strength, and connection. 💕
