A medical doctor and registered nurse come together to share how their chronic pain was healed using holistic mind body work. No prescriptions, no surgeries, and no treatments or procedures were used.

Dr. Francis Clark, MD, will be joining Nurse Coach Cheryl Toto RN, NC-BC for an engaging discussion about mind body healing.

Cheryl was trained in the mind-body work of Dr. John E. Sarno and Nicole Sachs, LCSW. She will guide you in a unique form of journaling called Journal Speak followed by a calming meditation.
