I know, a ridiculous hiatus from , but here I am! ••

I keep buying broccoli and now have a surplus and tired of the basic steamed broccoli, so, I whipped out the Cuisinart, chopped up the broccoli and an onion, added an egg and breadcrumbs for binders, some cheddar (duh), parsley and salt and pepper to taste and BAM!, you have tots! It’s a little messy when shaping, but they’re good! @ North Wales, Pennsylvania

Day 7 in 2019....only a week in, we must keep the momentum going! At least go for 21 days, because by then you’re over the new habit hump, and meal prep should be looking in the direction of “normal routine” by then. Hang in there!

It’s 🌲 Christmas 🎄 Time!

These Italian Ricotta cookies were made with part skim ricotta and skim milk, but let’s be real, they are the most basic cookies out there: sugar, butter, eggs, confectioners sugar. All the goodies we normally are like “meh, I’ll pass”, but NOT this time. Give us the good stuff.

The holiday season calls for a little out of the ordinary, and so what? A little moderation never hurt anyone, but just like the Keto craze it’s not meant to be sustainable for long periods of time—just not ideal (IMO). So, here you are, some sweetness for your humble hearts.

Truth bomb. Did you realize that when you meal prep ONE day a week that equates to your drive-thru window or convenience store purchase all in one?

Think about it, no lines, no hassle to think what you’re going to get fast for your 30 minute lunch (if you have one), no question as to what pre workout snack you’re going to eat before your workout, and certainly not a one stop to your garage on your way home because there’s nothing in your fridge. Take a container out of fridge, reheat, and enjoy. That’s it. Meal prep FOR.THE.WIN.

Planning your meals for the week takes 2-3 hours TOPS and SAVES you so much time and energy during the week, so why not fuel your body with the good stuff instead of some random garbage that will stunt your goal achieving, kick ass efforts.

What are your S.M.A.R.T. Goals?





The new year is approaching and we are currently in season, which will quickly turn into, season, so getting a plan together NOW, is going to help you get it together for summer LATER.

We all have “goals”, but have you really sat down and actually wrote them down on a piece of paper? Have you actually followed through with a “resolution” at the start of the new year? Are you ready to commit to getting yourself back in the saddle and put in the work to do what is necessary to change something about yourself? Good. Let’s get the first step done and get those goals written down (and out of your head), and keep it in a place (let’s say your refrigerator) where you’ll see it everyday as a reminder as to why you started these goal-changing efforts!
