ANNUAL DUES REMINDER:

A quick reminder, as we approach the start of the new Fiscal Year on May 1st, coupon books were mailed to members at the end of March.

If you have not yet received your mailing, please contact the office so we can assist you. (207-247-5239 or info@lacinc.org)

Please note, whether you pay annually or utilize the 10-month payment plan, payments are due beginning May 1st.

LEDGEMERE DAM UPDATE:

Eagle Creek Renewable Energy has reported that: "As part of the normal seasonal transition, the impoundment is lowered to allow for safe flashboard reinstallation. This occurs each year and is scheduled to occur mid-to-late next week (April 22-24, weather permitting). The Ledgemere Dam is on track, and the impoundment is expected to be at summer pool elevation on or before Memorial Day, consistent with the condition in the Water Quality Certification."

Deer Crossing Area, Limerick Residents – BOIL ORDER HAS BEEN LIFTED.

We are pleased to inform you that the Boil Water Order has been lifted for all previously affected areas. Water service has been restored and testing has confirmed that the water is safe for normal use.

You may still notice some temporary discoloration (brown water) as the system continues to stabilize. If this occurs, please run your cold water until it clears.

We sincerely appreciate your patience and understanding throughout this process, and thank you for your cooperation while our crew worked to resolve the issue.

Deer Crossing, Limerick Area Residents:

The water main break has been repaired, and service has been restored to the majority of members in the affected areas.

Some areas may continue to experience lower water pressure while the Caribou Water Storage Tank refills. Full pressure should return as the system continues to stabilize.

Please remember that the Boil Water Order remains in effect for affected areas. We will notify you as soon as it is safe to lift the order.

You may also notice discolored (brown) water as service is restored. If this occurs, please run your cold water until it clears.

Limerick Water Main Repair Update:

The crew continues to work on the water mains in the Deer Crossing area. We have been able to restore service to some homes and are continuing efforts to bring everyone back online as quickly as possible.

For those still without water, Clubhouse 1 is available for showers and access to water, they are open at 4 pm until 9 pm.

We understand how disruptive this situation is and truly appreciate your patience while the crew works to fully restore service.

Deer Crossing Area Limerick Residents:

An additional repair has been identified on a valve along the Deer Crossing water main. The crew will begin work first thing tomorrow morning to complete this repair.

During this time, members in the area may again experience low water pressure or temporary interruptions in service. You may also notice discolored (brown) water once service is restored. If this occurs, please run your cold water until it clears.

The Boil Water Order remains in effect for affected areas. We will provide an update as soon as it is safe to lift the order.

We understand how frustrating these repeated disruptions can be and truly appreciate your continued patience as we work to fully resolve the issue.
