I’ve been getting a few DM’s recently on hosting private yoga/pilates sessions at the shore. I have a busy summer planned BUT I am open to hosting a handful of private events (Saturdays Only).🎉💍🥂 Please DM me if interested whether it’s a bachelorette party, girls day, etc. With that being said, I will not be hosting Yoga on the beach this summer (maybe a pop up here and there). This account will be transitioning into more of my everyday yoga + pilates content!🥰🤍

I’ve been m.i.a for a little bit now but I am back! My life has been super busy and I haven’t been able to make it to my favorite place the past few weeks. I plan to be back down August 18th!! Get ready to flow and I can’t wait to see everybody!🧘🏻‍♀️🤍

Happy Thursday everybody!! For the month of July I am going to announce my classes weekly. Life has been super busy and I couldn’t come up with a definite schedule for July. Unfortunately, I will not be making it down the shore this weekend, so there is no class this weekend.
BUT I will see everybody so soon🤍🌊☀️

I am still on cloud 9 from the freedom flow!!It’s so crazy to look back to last year, going into this not knowing where I would be today. I can’t thank everybody enough for all the support it means the world to me. Meeting so many new amazing people has me speechless and I am so grateful🤍
I’m taking the rest of the weekend off to spend it with my family💙🤍❤️ I hope everybody enjoys the rest of their weekend, and I’ll be back next week🥰🌊☀️
