Dear Wonderful Wilkes ProHealth Family,
We hope this message finds you well. We’ve had many exciting and significant changes over the past six months, and we wanted to take a moment to update you—and to thank you for your continued support during this time of TREMENDOUS growth!
Team Updates:
Mark Walker joined us in February as our Practice Manager and CFO. Mark is working diligently to support our continued growth and success. If you have any questions about your bill or would like to add a company or family member to our practice, please feel free to reach out to him—he’s here to help.
Dr. Pinkerton, who also joined us in February, is thriving! Our patients absolutely love him, and we’re so grateful he’s part of our ProHealth family. He shares our compassionate approach to care and is still accepting new patients.
Faylene Lankford became part of our team on June 17th and is also welcoming new patients. With over 20 years of experience in emergency and urgent care, Faylene brings a wealth of knowledge and the same exceptional care you’ve come to expect from our office.
Tracy, our new Front Office Administrator, has been a true Godsend. Her warm smile is the first thing you’ll see when you walk in the door, and she’s here to make sure your scheduling and front office needs are met with kindness and efficiency.
Ashley is no longer with us, as she has chosen to spend more time with her precious daughter, baby Jo. We wish her all the best in this special season of life!
Our full-time medical assistants, Bre and Cassie, are doing an incredible job supporting both our patients and providers and we are continually thankful for them.

We’re incredibly excited to share that on September 2nd, we will be relocating to what we hope will be our final and forever home! Due to our fast and tremendous growth, we needed a space that better accommodates our needs—with more efficient room and ample parking for your convenience.
