🎄 Holiday Office Schedule & Refills 🎄

We are grateful to care for our patients and value being available to you. In order for our team to spend time with our families and enjoy the holidays, our office will be closed during the following dates:

📅 Christmas Closure:
December 23 – Reopening Monday, December 29

📅 New Year’s Closure:
December 31 & January 1

During these closures, we will not be processing general medication refills. Please be sure to request all refills during regular office hours prior to these dates so we can best take care of your needs.

We appreciate your understanding and support as we take this time to rest and recharge. We hope you are able to enjoy meaningful time with your loved ones as well.

✨ Wilkes ProHealth — A Year in Review ✨
As we look back on the past year, our hearts are full of gratitude and pride. For the last five years, Stephanie and Jessica have been honored to serve Wilkes County, and we remain humbled by the trust this community continues to place in us. We are proud of the practice we have built and hope to continue to take care of you for many years to come!

This year brought many changes — some bittersweet, some beautiful.

❤️ A Bittersweet Goodbye
Our beloved Kylee moved on to pursue her dream of teaching. While we miss her dearly, we’re so proud of the path she’s chosen and excited for the lives she will touch.

We are thankkful that our beloved pharmacist Kayla continues to stay by our side💊

Jessica N. Is our lovely nurse that makes all the stuff happen behind the scenes and is AMAZING!

🤍 Welcoming New Angels to the Team
We’ve also gained some incredible new faces who have brightened our office and strengthened our mission.
• Mark, our new office manager, has jumped in with dedication and heart, always working to ensure our patients and staff feel supported both inside and outside the office.
• Krisi and Tracy have brought warmth, joy, and the kind of smiling faces that make every visit feel a little brighter.
Bre keeps smiling with us and is in for the long haul!

🩺 Expanding Our Provider Family
Recognizing the growing needs of our community, Stephanie and Jessica welcomed two wonderful providers this year — Joe Pinkerton and Faylene Lankford. Their compassion, expertise, and genuine kindness have already made an impact, and we’re thrilled to have them as part of our ProHealth family.

Also, Dana Felts joined us to provide full-time care to our offsite facilities of Daymark and Cameron Ridge and she is doing a fabulous job!

As we move into a new year, we remain committed to the same vision that Stephanie and Jessica started: to provide personalized, compassionate, community-centered care that you can trust.

12/8/25- Due to the forecast and chance of temperatures dropping this afternoon, Wilkes ProHealth will be closing at 2pm to allow staff to travel home safely. We plan to open at 8am tomorrow (12/9). Thank you for understanding, and travel safely!

Announcement!

Wilkes ProHealth will be closing for the Thanksgiving holiday Wednesday, November 26th through Friday, November 28th.

We will reopen Monday, December 1 at 8 AM.

Please check your medications and let us know before Tuesday the 25th if you will require a refill during the holidays.

Only urgent texts will be answered during our time off.

For all emergencies, call 911 or go to your nearest emergency department.

Five years ago, two weeks before COVID hit Jessica and I (Stephanie) opened up Wilkes ProHealth. We have shared literally blood, sweat and tears building this practice from scratch trying to figure out a better healthcare solution for our community. There were times we had no idea how we were going to keep the lights on, let alone pay ourselves….but we knew we had a purpose and we just had to keep going and try to keep growing because our patients needed us!

Three moves later and we have found our forever home…where we are supposed to be. We finally have a SIGN!!!! While everyone may look at this sign as just a necessary thing for a business, to us it symbolizes so much more! It means we are here to stay and our patients know we care and aren’t going anywhere. It is symbolic of stability and reliability. THIS IS HOME!

Because of the complexity of our patients’ needs and our commitment to giving each person the time and attention they deserve during their visit, providers will no longer be able to respond to text messages regarding refill requests.

➡️ For refill requests, please contact our office during regular business hours or reach out to your pharmacy directly.
🕒 Please allow up to 24 hours for refill requests to be completed.
❌ Refills will not be processed on weekends.
⏰ Please note: Our office closes at 12:00 PM on Fridays.
