What a fun and busy week it has been here at Wilkes Assisted Living! We were thrilled to have Corey from Gentiva Hospice join us to celebrate our amazing PCAs and CNAs with a delicious ice cream bar. Thank you, Corey, and everyone at Gentiva Hospice, for helping us recognize the dedication and heart our caregivers bring every day! 🍦💙

And what a treat today was—it’s National Happy Meal Day! 😁
Our residents enjoyed a nostalgic meal from McDonald’s. One of our residents, Ms. Gladys, shared: “I’m 99 and have never had a Happy Meal. Thank you, it was delicious!”

Moments like these remind us why we do what we do. ❤️
