Using my hands as well as my heart, I help my clients relax and bring them back to a world where life is manageable. I cater to your individual needs and adjust the session accordingly. My understanding of the human body is that it is always speaking to us if we will listen. I am a firm believer in Holistic health. As a massage therapist, I believe that my only job is facilitate a time and space for the body to heal. It is my opinion that massage and bodywork are essential to wellness. We only have one body (temple) and we should honor it by incorporating healing, wellness, and wholeness.
