Life Alliance provides I/DD and Innovations services to individuals with Developmental Disabilities

We are an experienced local provider of I/DD and Innovations Services. We are currently contracted with Vaya Health and Partner's Behavioral Healthcare and serve multiple counties including Wilkes, Ashe, Alleghany, Avery, Caldwell, Alexander, Stokes, Iredell, Yadkin, Surry, Davie, Lincoln, Gaston and Catawba.

* Hiring full/part time staff in Alleghany County, preferred bi-lingual, starting pay $16/hr. We will be at the Alleghany Inn conference room on 8/26 between 11:30-2. Please stop by if you are interested to fill out an application!
* Part time staff needed in Wilkes Mon-Fri 10am-2pm. Large male member with personal care needs. Guardian will be available to help staff. Hourly pay specialized, please call the Wilkes office for more information.
* Full time staff needed Sat-Mon 7am-7pm. Small female member with personal care needs (hygiene, meals, medication). Services provided in the member's home. Member is non verbal.
* Part time staff needed Mon-Fri 8am-12pm. Female member with personal care needs and community goals. Member is active and loves Disney, dolls, and photography.
* General Respite staffing

Congratulations to our namesake Temple Grandin on being distinguished as one of USA Today's 2025 Women of the Year! USA Today honors her as someone who not only proved people wrong about what she could do, but on helping others do the same. She has certainly been an inspiration and guide to us as we educate our neurodivergent middle and high school students to grow from their strengths.

Congratulations again, Temple! We know you will continue to impact us and the neurodivergent community at large with your wisdom and ongoing dedication to helping the world understand that autism isn't a disadvantage but a different and important perspective on the world.
