The Trash We Carry…
Ever seen trash on the ground and felt instantly irritated?
I used to feel the same — judgment, anger, even disgust.
But now, I pause.
Instead of judging, I offer compassion.
Each wrapper or cigarette butt might be a silent story of pain, of disconnection, of not knowing better.
And while I can't change their behavior…
I can change my response.
I can honor the trees.
I can choose tenderness over reaction.
