Yoga Bliss Our online yoga studio offers flow & restorative yoga classes. We emphasize mindful movement, self-inquiry & self-care.

We combine functional movements with mindfulness & breathing to support you in deepening your awareness & living your yoga. I help people to slow down, breathe and move with intention and mindfulness. I teach alignment-based vinyasa yoga classes, restorative yoga classes, and I offer Reiki as well as Restorative Yoga with Reiki sessions privately all to help people move from stressed out and overwhelmed back to a place of center, ease and balance

When you're sick, you need a soft place to land. It's time to be gentle with yourself, not demanding. It's time to pull back and rest, not push forward. These are always lessons, I need to hear and learn again and again, as it goes against my nature. So glad for these restorative yoga practices to teach and support me.

Your moment of pause is just a few hours away! Join me tonight (www.thisisyourbliss.com) for our Mindful Flow Level 1 yoga class and enjoy time to pause and breathe and notice. You'll feel yourself gradually letting the day fade and easing into the present moment as you gently mobilize your hips and shoulders, creating more ease for movement. Sound good? Woo hoo it's Wednesday and I'm so looking forward to sharing class tonight! (www.thisisyourbliss.com to join us).

Tonight we are putting the breath front and center in our practice as a way to stay cool, calm, and connected. I hope you can join us for a slow and mindful flow and of course, we'll sneak in a restorative to make it extra delicious!
