2. Practice deep breathing techniques throughout your day to ground yourself and ease anxious thoughts.
3. Spend a few moments in meditation to connect with your heart and promote inner peace

Healing doesn't need to be complicated. We just need to choose it moment by moment.

Good Evening, everyone. In the journey of healing, it’s essential to recognize that each breath brings us closer to inner serenity. Today, I encourage you to embrace the gentle flow of Qigong and Yoga. Consider dedicating just a few moments to a mindful breathing exercise; it can create a profound connection between your mind, body, and heart. Remember, as you cultivate compassion for yourself, you open the door to true awakening and harmony.

Take 2 breaths in through the nose and one long soft audible sigh with the sound "HU". Make the "HU" sound longer than the 2 breaths in. Remember, when you're stressed to let your out breath be long and slow to induce the relaxation response.

Spring is around the corner! Yey!!!!!!

If you're feeling worried and in need of a serious re-set, please consider joining me at Kripalu April 6-11th. I value Qigong and Yoga as independent, ancient systems to achieve health, vitality, deeper spiritual connection and balance on all levels of our being. I also see Qigong and Yoga as powerful allies that when fused together provide the benefits of both mind/body practices. I have never felt and will never feel like I am betraying either practice in the sharing of them together. Personally, I can’t imagine my life or the well being I now feel without them.
