Derek Weiss Structural Therapy The therapy aims to restore the normal condition of the soft tissue and normal joint function, thereby relieving pain and other symptoms.

Structural Therapy is a "hands on" body work utilizing full hand contact while targeting specific points relating to the area(s) of musculoskeletal pain and/or difficulty/dysfunction/disability. It is highly effective in treating arthritis and bio-mechanical disorders, it's invigorating, and an excellent way to maintain health and prevent injury. It is administered with full hand contact and deep yet agreeable pressure, revitalizing specific points within the muscles, tendons, ligaments, and fascia. Recommended exercises and stretches specific to each person’s condition accompany the therapy.
